  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the carrier or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Every order includes tracking information.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Pickup Options

  • In-store or curbside pickup is not available at this time.

Signature on Delivery

  • A signature is not required for delivery.

  • Customers may request a signature service for high-value orders by contacting us prior to completing their purchase.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within our domestic delivery zones.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue and, where applicable, help file a claim with the carrier.
